Battle of the Bands promo

It was very well-received. I was surprised. It was one of the simplest things I've done all year. It just goes to show that sometimes that's exactly was is needed to effectively grasp the audience's attention and get the point across. Not flashy graphics. Not fancy text - especially when it's the same color as the background, tiny, and wordy. Not loud music. Yes, not every promo can be just text against a plain background with no music. But I'm glad that my video had the impact that I intended.
